I'm an Occupational Therapist who works locally in the Health Care System in Durham Region (Lakeridge Health and in the Home Care Setting through referrals from the HCCSS-CE).  I help adults and Seniors improve or maintain functional every day tasks, through Functional Assessments, Home Safety recommendations, Equipment recommendations, Mobility device assessments and prescriptions, including funding applications for government assistance.
